Rules & Terms & Conditions
5L+ for Vehicles: Fill 5 litres or more into any vehicle to qualify for an entry.
20L+ for Loose Containers: Cans/drums require 20L or more (5L cans do NOT qualify).
No Splitting Fills: A single transaction or fill cannot be divided into multiple entries.
18+ Age Requirement: Entrants must be 18 years or older residing in South Africa.
Driver's Licence: Winner must hold a valid motor vehicle driver's licence.
Bloemhof Only: Valid exclusively at Elegant Fuel Bloemhof.
Keep Your Slip: Original till slip must be presented to claim any prize.
Employees Excluded: Staff, participating stations & families may not enter.
Interim Draws: Lucky draw winners remain eligible for the main Toyota Vitz draw.

- Competition Period: The competition starts on 1 October 2026 and closes on 1 April 2027.
- Who May Enter: The competition is open to eligible customers aged 18 years or older who reside in South Africa.
- How to Enter: Customers qualify for an entry by making a qualifying fuel purchase at participating Elegant Fuel stations (ONLY BLOEMHOF) and completing the required entry process. Qualifying purchases require a minimum of 5 litres for vehicles or 20 litres for loose containers/cans.
- Entry Requirement: One qualifying transaction may only be used for the number of entries permitted by the competition rules. A single large fuel transaction may not be divided into multiple qualifying entries. Splitting a single fill into smaller transactions to obtain extra entries is strictly prohibited. Cash and card transactions only.
- Driver's Licence: The winner must be in possession of a valid, unendorsed motor vehicle driver's licence to take delivery and ownership of the vehicle.
- Vehicle & Loose Container Fuel Requirements:
- Vehicles: Entrants are only given an entry if they fill a car or vehicle of any sort with 5 litres or more. The fill cannot be split into multiple fills to generate extra entries.
- Loose Containers / Cans: Entrants are not entered when bringing a 5-litre can to fill it up. If bringing a can or loose container of some sort, entrants must fill 20 litres or more in a single transaction to qualify for an entry.
- Employees: Employees of Elegant Fuel, participating stations, their immediate family members, and any person directly involved in administering the competition may not enter.
- The Prize: One winner will receive the advertised Toyota Vitz 1.0 as the competition prize.
- Draw: The winner will be selected by a random draw after the competition closes. The draw will be conducted according to the competition organiser's procedures.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied on the entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, or does not meet the competition requirements, the organiser may select another qualifying entry.
- Verification: The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of eligibility, proof of valid driver's licence and the original qualifying fuel slip before the prize is handed over.
- Prize Conditions: The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or another prize.
- Vehicle Costs: Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional material, any costs associated with registration, licensing, insurance, delivery, or other costs relating to the vehicle after the prize is awarded are the responsibility of the winner.
- Personal Information: Entrants agree that the personal information supplied may be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the competition, contact the winner and comply with applicable legal requirements.
- Publicity: The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including photographs of the winner receiving the vehicle.
- Interim Draws: Interim lucky draw winners remain eligible for the final Toyota Vitz 1.0 grand prize draw.
- Acceptance of Terms: By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Organiser: The competition is organised by Elegant Fuel BLOEMHOF and is subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa.
